Our most popular & unique concept: personal training in a small group setting

We aim to provide high quality training at a very affordable price. Personal training with a highly qualified coach is very expensive. With our concept, personal training in a small group setting, we combine the best of both worlds.

The client receives his/her individual programme with personalized accents/advice. During the training session the client shares the fitness facility with other members (small group of maximum 6 people). This form of training offers you high quality training at an affordable price given by a highly qualified trainer during flexible hours.

This form of training is of interest for anyone training from once a week to daily, for beginners and advanced trainees, from 12 to 99 years old.

Packages/options:

  • 1 training session/week – small group training – monthly payment
  • 2 training sessions/week – small group training – monthly payment
  • Unlimited training sessions – small group training – monthly payment
  • (Personal 1on1 training – individual training – payment per session *note: depends upon availability of the trainer/coach)

Extra’s are all inclusive within the packages (=no extra charge):

  • Individualised training programs (according to your own goals, level, …)
  • Biomechanical screening
  • Skinfold measurements (every 3 weeks to track progress)
  • Individualised nutrition advice/programme (includes following topics: food, stress, sleep, …)
